Product introduction:

"Noboruya" is a famous ramen shop in Kagoshima City. This ramen completely reproduces the taste of our shop. In 1947, when the owner, Ms. Michioka Tsuna, was working as a nurse in Yokohama, she learned how to make ramen noodles from Chinese borrowers and started selling ramen noodles in Kagoshima. Although the store was closed in April 2014, it was revived this time in the form of cup noodles because of the voices of many supporters who expressed their desire to eat the original taste again.

The soup base is Japanese-style tonkotsu, which is made of tonkotsu and fish broth, which is different from the mainstream white-bottomed tonkotsu ramen in Kyushu. The smooth medium-thick noodles are made without using "alkaline water" as in the shop, and the texture of smoky toughness is reproduced.

The Japanese-style tonkotsu soup base is paired with smoky and tough medium-thick noodles, making you want to eat again and again. The taste of tradition has been passed down for half a century, you must try it!
